Green tea will help boost B cell antibodies and elderberries have anti-viral properties while being rich in phytonutrients. Also lets not forget about the age- old favorite chicken soup. Chicken soup provides fluids and electrolytes. It also has anti-inflammatory nutrients that help decrease your symptoms.

 

There are also some supplements that you can take when you feel a cold coming on. Vitamin C, Zinc, Elderberry Extract and Ginseng will all help decrease the severity of your cold.
