How to Raise Fit Kids

As a parent you may love working out and have found great benefits. However, your child/children may not be interested in learning to play your favorite sport but instead loves playing video games for hours on end. In CrossFit Kids children don’t have to be athletic to have fun and learn valuable life skills for life. In order to assist you in raising fit kids here are some recommendations:

🔸Set a regular schedule for physical activity.
🔸Make being active a part of daily life, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
🔸Make it FUN!
🔸Embrace a healthier lifestyle yourself, so you’ll be a positive role model for your family.
🔸Be active together as a family.
