Results take time and patience! How many times have you set a goal and expect immediate results? How many times have you given up prematurely because the results didn’t happen as quickly as you liked?
I am here to tell you results take time and a lot of hard work day in and day out sometimes for months!! What are your goals? Loss weight? Gain muscle? Get faster? Get stronger? All of this should be viewed as long term goals. No matter what your goal is you need consistency, discipline and motivation!
Come up with a plan and stick with it! If you are not seeing results be truthful with yourself. How many workouts did you skip? How did you follow your nutrition? Did you decide to eat out let your nutrition slack for a day or two? Did you come up with excuse why you couldn’t get a workout in? Was there always something more important? Be brutally honest with yourself.
Results WILL come if you stay 100% committed to your goals. You must make your up mind no one else can do it for you. Find your motivation and drive. Have faith in yourself. Will it be easy? No, but I can promise you it will be worth it.
