Know Your Priorites

To acquire anything that you want in life you must be dedicated, you must work hard. If you truly want something you always have the time, especially when you think you don’t.


The simple fact of the matter is if you truly love what you are pursuing you will find the time to do it. If you can’t find the time, then you would make it. In order to open meaningful doors in your life you must be willing to close the doors that lead to dead ends and absent possibilities.


When you say you don’t have the time to do something you have already subconsciously decided that you don’t want to do it, you have already lost the battle before you even started.


We see so many people say they don’t have time to exercise or eat well, yet their health is or should be a priority. They are frustrated with their weight or the fact that they can’t move well. They have various health issues or are on the path to them.  Even some of us that do eat and workout out often still use the same excuse when it comes to mobilizing or nutrition.


How many of you can fall into this?


Dinner & Drinking – $50- $200 which could also be a week of meal prep.

Playing video games, scrolling through social media, getting nails done- 45min to an hour when you could be at the gym.

Netflix and the “just one more episode” 1 to 2 hours in which you could be getting enough rest by going to bed earlier.


Our results and lifestyle is a direct reflection of where we focus our priorities and what is truly important. Whatever energy you put out into the universe the universe will reward you accordingly!


As adults we need to convince ourselves that our priorities are beneficial. Meal prep, healthy nutrition choices, exercise in any form, or even for an hour a day immersing yourself in personal development to become a better overall person by learning knowledge and wisdom of those who came before us.


Whatever YOU prioritize you WILL excel in. Patience, Focus and Determination.
