Planche Leans

Here is a version of training that allows some versatility to help you gain strength to move unto a standard planche, especially if the strength and balance hasn’t been developed yet.


-Start with your feet on a block or a bench. Sit on your heels.

-Gradually bring your shoulders forward, making sure to keep your arms locked then return your hips back.

-Modify your assistance from your legs. Vary reps, sets and/or hold duration.



This move will help develop press, handstand and holding strength. Generally making your upper body stronger to help you in your gymnastic movements.
