“Rib Cage to Pelvis” is a great cue when you are trying to establish a hollow body position. It is a simple yet effective cue.
When getting into a hollow position, let’s use hollow hold as an example, you start off laying in a prone neutral body position. To get into a hollow hold you bring your shoulders off the ground and raise your feet with w posterior pelvic tilt. Essentially you are bringing your rib cage to your pelvis!
