15 Strict Pull-ups

15 Strict Ring Dips

15 Strict Toes-to-bars

30 MB Cleans 30/20
Aiming around 15-20 minutes, scale the movement to make it really challenging but doable. You should have to break things up often. (excluding the MB cleans) the goal is to move well and be strict with standards. If you scale a movement by using bands or toenail work, make sure to keep it strict and maintain the standard.
