Warm Up:

500m row or 400m run

3 Rounds with empty bar

5 front squats

5 push jerks

5 ohs

 

WOD:

20 min E2MOM (10 sets)

Squat Clean and Push Jerk

  • start at around 50% and work up to a heavy complex

 

After Party:

15 min AMRAP

3 squat cleans (185/135)

6 burpee box jump overs

9 deadlifts (185/135)
