10x regular pulls on rower

5x strict press (light weight)

3x push pree

1x push jerk

 

WOD:

“2007”

1000m row then immediately:

4 rounds of

25 pull ups

8 s2oh (135/95)

15 min time cap

 

After party:

3 sets of 8 single arm dumbbell or kb rows (each side)
