Warm Up:

Run or Row

10 scorpions

10 cossack squats

10 goblet squats w 3 sec pause

then

2 rounds

:30 couch stretch (r/l)

:30 pike stretch

10 leg swings

 

Strength:

Back Squat

1RM for the day

 

Cash Out:

3 x 10 -12  Underhand Bent Over BB Row

then

3 x 10 -12 minus 10lbs from above
