Partner WOD
25 min time cap
21-15-9 WB/burpees
21-15-9 KBS/AB mat situps
21-15-9 cal row/ box jumps
*parnter 1 will start with the 21 wall balls while partner 2 does the 21 burpees, then when both have finished they will switch….once they both complete the round of 21 they got to 15, etc….
partner are working at the same time but you must both be on the same round, you can not move on until your partner moves on
