In teams of 2, work together to move the most weight, AMRAP in 20 mins of:

5 unbroken back squats

15 cal row

25 ab mat sit ups

* Athlete chooses own weight for the back squats, complete UNBROKEN sets get added to the total weight moved. Score is total weight of all back squats.

* Athlete 1 must complete a full round before athlete 2 can begin his/her round. Partner rest wholes other works.
