Warm Up:

1 full run around the block (all the way around wawa)

50′ walking toes touches

25 prisoner squats

50′ crab walks

10 jump squats

 

WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Front Squats (155/105)

Burpees over the bar

 

After Party:

3 rounds as fast as possible

20 mtn. climbers

60 sec plank (chest right above the floor, like the bottom of a push up w/ no chest contact)
