Warm up:

2 rounds

10 anatomical push ups

10 kettle bell deadlifts

60 sec handstand hold (nose and toes style)

 

Pre-game:

review and practice DU’s

 

WOD:

4 min AMRAP, rest 3 mins. then repeat as a 6 min AMRAP, rest 3 mins the repeat for TIME:

10 burpee box jump overs

20 t2b

30 S2OH (115/75)

40 KBS (53/35)

50 DU
