60 sec ring support (top of dip, bottom of dip or push up position)

5x KB push press (each arm)

2x 10 sec hold kneeling lunge rotation with dowel

 

WOD:

800m run

25 s2oh (75/55)

200 m farmers walk w/ kb, dumb bell or farmer’s handles
